- In stock embroidered items are shipped within
7-10 business days during non-holiday seasons. Stationery orders are shipped
within 1-2 weeks. All other in stock items shipped in 2-3 days.
There will no shipping of outside the United States. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please feel free to email us at sales@cathycoledesigns.com.

- Returns Policy on Personalized Items
- Cathy Cole Designs is committed to superior
customer service and satisfaction; however, personalized items are unique and
are unfortunately non-returnable.
When ordering personalized items, please proof your order before submitting. Make certain of the spelling or initials you entered. Traditional monograms are done in this order: FIRST NAME INITIAL, LAST NAME INITIAL, MIDDLE NAME INITIAL.
For example, the monogram for the name Cathy Ann Cole would be CCA. All monograms will be completed in this order unless you specify otherwise. When ordering, please give the persons full name in order to insure correct order.
- Order Cancellation and Changes
- To cancel or change an order, email sales@cathycoledesigns.com and we will make every effort to accommodate you, although we cannot always guarantee that we can cancel or change the order once it has gone into production. Once personalized orders have begun processing, we cannot accept any changes.
- Sales Tax
- Alabama residents are required to pay 9% sales tax on all orders
